Our emergency response app allows for better communication and immediate placement of families who have suffered a severe disaster to their home.

In our effort to better improve our service to the families in need of housing placement we have created this mobile app for both our customers and insurance adjusters so that they can easily submit a loss to our staff and get called back within 15 minutes. The app also has a picture feature function that allows the homeowner or adjuster to take a picture with their phone of the damage to the property or the nearby housing they would like to be placed in. This will allow us to better cater to your needs with one simple to use submittal form. The app also provides another area for general questions that get sent and texted to our staff by homeowners and adjusters which will help aid in the placement of a family or help answer any other questions related to the housing placement process or billing information. This app eliminates the use of computers and quickly facilitates in getting homeowners placed in temporary housing minutes after their disaster. This app is an emergency response product designed to help families without a home find immediate shelter.
